| | May 2010 | Dear Member, The joint RA/BRS meeting in Manchester was a great success. The programme was extremely well received and we had record attendance with over 1,400 delegates. This really has marked the Renal Associations 60th year in style.
Thank all of you involved in the Programme Committee for your continual enthusiasm, hard work and high energy and to the BRS Secretariat for their splendid organisation of this meeting. Thank you also to all those people who devised sessions in the programme, the presenters, those who scored abstracts, moderated posters and chaired sessions.
I would welcome all feedback on the meeting, and any suggestions you may have for ways we can improve. Next year we are in Birmingham (06 to 09 June 2011) - watch this space for details.
Meanwhile, there is a call for expressions of interest for several posts this month - please read on for full details.
Also, note the date of the next Advanced Nephrology Course - full details are below.
Until next month! Lorraine Harper
