Dear Colleagues, Welcome to eNews March 2011. I would like to open this month's eNews by offering my warmest congratulations to Dr David Wheeler for his success in the recent elections. David will become President-elect at our AGM in Birmingham in June 2011 and will serve as President from 2012 to 2014. Thank you also to the other candidates for standing in this election. Please be reminded that today, 31 March is the deadline to receive your expressions of interest for the position of Chair of the Clinical Practice Guidelines Committee, click here for full details. Today is also the deadline to receive nominations for three new members of the Executive Committee. Please click here to download the nomination form. Having a place on the Executive Committee will give you the chance to help steer the direction of the Renal Association and to take part in the Executive Committee discussion forum. As we move into April we move closer to our joint conference with the BRS at the ICC, Birmingham. Please be reminded that the Early Bird deadline closes on 20 April 2011 so click here for substantial savings on an early registration.
