This month's edition of eNews highlights a couple of important deadlines for you to take note of; today, Tuesday 31 August, is the deadline for applications for the AEG Raine Award, the Lockwood Award and Walls' Bursaries. Friday 10 September is the deadline for application of September's residential Advanced Nephrology Course early bird rate.

The first draft of the Clinical Practice Guideline on detection and management of CKD is now available on the RA website -Click here. Please send feedback on the final draft to the co-authors Dr Maartan Taal at Maartan.Taal@derbyhospitals.nhs.uk and Dr Mark Macgregor at Mark.MacGregor@aaaht.scot.nhs.uk within 1 month from now. The first draft of the Clinical Practice Guideline post-operative care of the kidney transplant recipient is now available on the RA website.
