07.07.2008	Supportive care for the renal patient, London, Jul 7 This is an annual course organised by and for renal and palliative care teams. The meeting is based round small group discussions enabling problems and ideas for good practice to be shared. The topics discussed include conservative care, end of life management and withdrawal of dialysis. Case discussions will focus on the communication difficulties often encountered with patients and their families.	More Info
