Payment must be received by the early bird registration deadline on 30 March 2012 to qualify for the rate.
All participants must complete an online registration form. The Renal Association requires full data for each individual participant, including updated postal address and email address.

Social Events
Social event tickets can be booked by delegates when registering on-line for the Renal Association Conference.
Welcome Reception – Tuesday 12 June 2012

The Welcome reception will take place at the Sage Centre, Gateshead – tickets for this are free of charge to delegates attending the conference on this day.
Conference Dinner – Wednesday 13 June 2012
19:30 - late
Designed and built in the 1960’s, the Civic Centre has hosted some of the largest events and conferences in North East England. The civic centre is a listed building and is recognised as one of the best examples of modern architecture in the region.
Tickets cost £50.00 and include transport to /from the venue, welcome drinks, 3 course dinner including drinks and entertainment.
Payment
Full payment should be received before the relevant deadlines. To facilitate processing, participants should clearly indicate in all remittances their name, address and the purpose for which the payment is made. Either of the following means can be used for payment:
1, Credit Card
Eurocard/MasterCard Credit or debit cards and Visa will be accepted. Please fill in your full credit card details on the registration form.
2, Bank Transfer
Please use the following information for your bank transfer, in British Pounds (£) made payable to MCI UK Ltd. Please note: All costs have to be covered by the ordering customer and “free of charge for the receiver account” on all payments.

Although you will not be charged by the meeting for any bank charges relating to credit / debit card transactions, please note that bank charges for credit cards are considerably higher than debit cards – therefore we would appreciate your help by paying for your registration using a debit card where possible.
Terms and conditions
Registration
All cancellations must be sent to MCI UK Ltd in writing (fax, letter, or e-mail). For cancellations received before 19 April 2012, reservations will be refunded less an administration fee (£25.00) for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.
Modifications can be made at no charge up until 25 May 2012, after which a £15.00 fee will be charged for each modification.
Accommodation
All cancellations must be sent to MCI UK Ltd in writing (fax, letter, or e-mail). For cancellations received before 19 April 2012, reservations will be refunded less UK£15.00, for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.
Modifications can be made at no charge up until 25 May 2012, after which a £15.00 fee will be charged for each modification.
Social Events
All cancellations must be sent to MCI UK Ltd in writing (fax, letter, or e-mail). For cancellations received before 25 May 2012, reservations will be refunded less UK£10.00, for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.
Modifications can be made at no charge up until 25 May 2012, after which a UK£5.00 fee will be charged for each modification.
