Membership
Membership of the Renal Association requires a proposal from a current member, and submission of a curriculum vitae. From 2006 a proposer is not required for SpRs/StRs who have been appointed to a national training number in nephrology.

Honorary members are elected by the membership in recognition of outstanding contribution to British nephrology generally, and to the Renal Association in particular.
